Fragments of 1983 is a 56 page Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni (When They Cry) charity fanzine created with the help of many artists from around the world.
This book is filled to the brim with Higurashi artworks that explore a variety of styles, representing the series' infamous mood swings between sweet and scary.
